Just a guess on my part, but I would bet the Shumans may be involved in some way or another.

I believe it would be supported in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri, as well as those previously mentioned. I'm not certain all the tracks TNT ran at last year, but do know Ok City and Creek Co. had a good turn out. Hope it can become a reality.

That's the best idea I've heard so far! Let me know if you need any help with it. The current lack of imagination is getting tiresome.

The NWWC was part of the SCRA season when they used to make their annual eastern swing. It went away with the advent of USAC/CRA as did SCRA pretty much. They went as far East as Grandview one year and raced at Lakeside in Kansas City for $10000 a couple years on the way back to the West. THe Lakeside race is the finale of the TNT Tour now.
I would like to see something like this happen but it is a huge undertaking and would take a lot of capital to keep it going.

One of the smaller operating tracks in the Okc area is starting a economy non-wing class next year. I know the people arounf these parts are itching for some type of non-wing cars. That is why the sprint bandits are so succesfull when they come to town.
