ALEX BRIGHT NEW EASTERN LEADER AFTER BAPS VICTORY

York Haven, PA……..Alex Bright of Collegeville, Pa. is the new leader in the 2018 USAC Eastern Midget standings after winning Saturday night’s 15-lap feature at BAPS Motor Speedway. He passed Brenden Bright on lap nine and led the final seven laps to beat Adam Pierson, Brenden Bright, Ryan Wilson and Andrew Layser to the checkered flag. Bright now leads Layser by five points going itno an August 2 race at Spring Run, Pa.

10 cars, 8 competitive cars, one warm up and a 15 lap feature. Sad that the ARDC has been reduced to this.
On the plus side, the track was in nice shape for the midgets and the 15 lap heat race was pretty exciting with the fast cars coming from the rear.

Is there a 2.4 Honda running with ARDC this year?

Not sure if there was a Honda in field, are they competitive against the SR 11?
