No one in Wisconsin is turning their nose up to Badger midgets. We love that class and are building a motor for that series. D2 racing is as good as Nationals if the promoters don't screw it up.

I just skimmed engine rules. How do they keep track of RPM limits?

It's because it's a points night for the USAC midgets. The D2 does decent there but still hard to match up to the $30,000+ engines of the National class. We had our D2 there in December.Only 5 that night. We were 40th of 70 after first round of heats.Started 11h in qualifier, made it to 7th,working on 6th&5th before oil pressure issues.I believe by passing points system we may have made the A main. The D2 is still growing and hopefully will have more stand alone races in the near future.

7 at Sycamore alone I believe. Badger really turned things around from where they were a few years back

Between Badger midgets and Wisconsin Wingless sprints they have really boosted open wheel racing in the area
