Front coil over setup help

Just bought a Coil front torsion rear twister this is my first coil car was wondering if anyone had any starting point's on the front coils to setup and the sway bar any help would be great thank you 1/3 mile dirt oval track I will be running. Dry slick normally all the time for the a main
