I noticed that Georgia Henneberry is working for them now. Bet she makes more money than she did at USAC!

Nevertheless, we had plenty of layers to keep us warm (for the most part) and we enjoyed our first and only silver crown race of the year. Reminded us of how much we’ve missed these beautiful cars. After Larson pulled ahead he wasn’t challenged too much but the battle from 2nd through 8th was fun to watch. Only 2 yellows which allowed for long green flag runs. Unfortunately a lapped car interfered with Grant’s ability to make a move towards the end.

We are glad we made the long drive as we both walked away smiling. Huge thanks to Bob Sargent and whatever he had to do to make this race happen. We can’t wait until 2021 when we hopefully get back to normal and can see these beautiful cars more often.
It would have been interesting to see the top 10 inverted for that race.

I thought it was a super entertaining race. The action between Grant, Bacon, Gravel, Wilson and Cottle was top notch racing. All those guys and more did an excellent job. That lapped car should have gotten THE **** out of the way

Justin Grant is an excellent ambassador for the sport. He races clean and runs up front in all the divisions. We are blessed with some top notch guys right now. Congrats to Justin Grant.

Watch the replay. Welpott DID move over.
And it's not like Travis was a moving chicane. Which is amazing, because he had worn his RR down almost to air.

And besides, isn't it the leaders' obligation to find their way around lapped traffic?

Even Roman Chariots ran non-wing, and on dirt. Hail Caesar!

It wasn't Welpott that Larson complained about the lapper racing him it was Gossel. When Larson finally got underneath him he pulled right back to the bottom in front of Grant off turn two and Grant hit him and got the front end off the ground allowing Gravel to get by.

Find a purpose in life ..... Be a bad example

I was referring to Gossel. Those front running guys were not playing race car driver, they are putting food on the table. Get out of the ******* way.

So why should the back half of the field even show up?

He had every right to be on the track, but he was multiple laps down, was not racing anyone for position, and had a spotter who should have directed him to not impede the leaders.
