Thank you...exactly what I was referring to! Tony was a rookie 21 years ago and Robby was a rookie 25 years ago!

Could add Ed Carpenter to that list too. Also at Some point Chips going to have to let Kyle Larson run the 500 too.

Not many others had a shot, instead opting for Europeans and south Americans with national funding.

From what I heard, Larson asked Chip to run in the 500 this year and Chip told him that it was a little too late to put something together; said he should've asked in June or July last year. I'd look for him next year for the 102nd running.
