Since all Bloomington, IL mail now seems to go through Champaign, the guy who hates open wheel racing bad enough to do that to your magazine is probably a hater of World War II era aircraft also. My most recent Warbirds International arrived with similar damage.

Is there a FedEx or UPS mailing option available?

I didn't do it. My copy has been mangled on occasion as well, even when I was still working there. It was probably the machine that the geniuses of the USPS mandated that did this.

Yeah, you can try UPS or FedEx, but...be ready to pay a LOT more for the privilege of getting your mail.

If this is a bad enough problem, don't complain to postal management. Complain to your congressperson. And document everything.

Back in the lame duck session of 2006, your congressperson at the time voted to destroy the postal service. Contacting them is truly a waste of time. You're reaping what they sowed.
