Despite a tough start with four straight rain outs, the Montpelier Midget series is finishing out the 2018 race season with fantastic cars counts and great racing action. Last night was the third consecutive 30+ car field. Congrats to feature winner Davey Ray, and the remainder of the top 5, including Chase Jones, Chance Krum, Chett Gherke, and Chris Baue. Aaron Leffel was the top finishing USAC SpeeD2 competitor taking 7th place.

A big thanks to track owner Harold and Lori Hunter, and their staff for their support of grass roots midget racing, and for providing excellent track surfaces and a timely race program. The final race in the series is scheduled for Saturday, September 29th.
