Posting photos on IOW

I’ve never figured out how to post a photo on here. Not a computer or fancy phone expert at all. Anyone have an easy explanation on how to do it? Just tried to copy Bloomington’s schedule, copied from a photo I took from their website, says the file was loaded but then nothing to tell you what to hit to post it….. frustrating!!

I'm pretty sure you have to load your photos into a site like photo bucket and them somehow load them on this site. I would like to just be able to do it with my phone too but I'm not sure if there is a way. Hopefully someone more tech savy than me can shed some light .

Yup. When I post Picture of the Day, it links to Flickr, where I store my photos for posting on forums and social media.

I use the IMGUR photo website at www.imgur.com

From a computer
01. Sign up to website with username and password

02. To post pictures click on use name icon on the top right corner of the main page.

03. Click on images

04. At the top of the page where your pictures are stored and click add new picture.

05. Once your picture is added. On the right side of that page you will see and few lines that say add to message board, forum, ect.

06. Right click the computer mouse if you use one and highlight that line below where it says post to message board or if you use a laptop right click and do the same and highlight that line.

07. Once you highlight that li e click copy.

08. Once you click copy go to the forum message board you are trying to post to and right click again.

09. right click on the word paste.

10. Once you click paste the light that you highlighted should come up.

11. Once that line is up do what you do to post to a message board and that picture should be posted.

If you use Google photos open it on your desktop.

Click picture you want

Right click picture and choose copy URL

You now have a URL link for IOW
