I have a used 4 gallon RCI Fuel cell ,It came off one of my cars . It has the baffle material in the tank and was used with gas.This does not have the steel shell around it .
It is missing 3 fittings but has the entire fill cap assembly on it and the fuel draw fitting in the bottom .
