Thanks for the rain/snow date info in advance Jill. If you go to Sunday will it be a day or night race?

John,

I just got off the phone with Rob from the track and he said that it looked like if Friday's portion gets rained/snowed/colded out, then it would be a late afternoon Sunday show. He noted trying to get the cars on the track around 3 or so with the racing starting around 4 or 4:30. Saturday is looking good but cool, but Friday isn't looking overly encouraging as of now. Hope to see you there. If you make it, come up to the press box and introduce yourself to me. I'll be helping Rob out with the announcing again.

This time get my attention. I always like to place a face with a name. Normally when I'm heading to the tower I'm thinking about 100 different things and don't pay much attention to what's going on unless somebody hollers at me. So get my attention. It's pretty cool to meet fellow IOWers.

Because of the weather we have decided to move Friday's program to Sunday Oct. 18th. Pit gate will open at 1:00pm, front gate at 3:00pm, hotlaps at 4:00 and racing approx. 5:00.
Saturday's program will remain the same.

Thanks,
Jill

There is a very strong possibility that “The Throttle” Shane Cottle will be wheeling a Late Model out of CJ Rayburn's shop on Saturday night. Come on out and see why Mr. Cottle is one of the most diverse race car drivers in country Saturday night at Kokomo.

I'll be there, for me personally ,Kokomo is the pefect size for midgets , I just wish it had a little more bank though. I would like to see even more midget racing there in the future.
