HANFORD & TULARE USAC/CRA SPRINT CAR RACES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED*

By Lance Jennings

JULY 1, 2022……… AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint Car Director Tony Jones has announced that the Friday, July 8th event at Hanford’s Keller Auto Speedway and the Saturday, July 9th show at Tulare’s Thunderbowl Raceway have been cancelled.

“Due to all of the circumstances that we have been plagued with for the last 2 years with the tire shortages, fuel prices, and now we are dealing with a water shortage particularly in the Central Valley, we regret to inform you that the July 8th (Hanford) and 9th (Tulare) races will be cancelled. If the promoters cannot get enough water on those tracks, the more tires we will burn up and as you know we cannot afford doing that. Enjoy your time off and have a safe 4th of July weekend. See you at Santa Maria on August 6th,” remarked Jones.*

The recently added event at the Santa Maria Raceway (Santa Maria, California) on August 6th will be the next event for the wingless 410 sprint cars. The winged California Lightning Sprints, IMCA Sport Mods, and Dwarf Cars will join the card.*

So how does the lack of rain in California become the fault of the Democrats? There is a drought in Arizona, can I blame the Republicans?

Because Democrats have been fighting raising the height of the dam at Lake Shasta for decades? This is nothing new. You would think that the people in charge there would have solved the problem many, many, many years ago, but instead they fight it. It's almost like they were elected to represent the salmon instead of their fellow humans. And it's not just Californians who suffer- they are putting America's food supply at extreme risk with their B.S.

But free healthcare for noncitizens it is! Keep defending the Democrips- it looks great on you.

No, He's smart, He packed up the family and moved from California long before the mass exodus started.

P.S. I really don't care who's in charge, It seems to me the place has been mismanaged for the last forty years or so. to the point of not even wanting to visit.

Drought has been a problem for several years , not much new there. Poor managed water from the north is canaled south through the valley so it can be pumped over the mountain to LA . All political.
