Leary wins, followed by Windom then KTjr, best finish I've seen in a while.

That was a real good race. 17 cars under the track record. The heats were all good. The A was a real good battle, with a real good end. First finished third. Third finished first, and second lead for a while. That was the last 2 laps.

I'm not a Montpelier regular but it looked like a very good crowd to me. One photographer that visits the track all the time said it was the best cushion he'd ever seen there. Great racing and smooth and quick running show as well. Thumbs up!

Thought they had an excellent crowd for a Friday night in late Sept. Track was excellent, they moved the program along very fast, and the racing was awesome. The intensity of the last two laps of the feature was unreal. For $20, this was a bargain race night!

I did not see Kyle Cummins in any of the updates last night. Anybody know the story? Engine broke? Will he be at the burg tonight? I have not been on the forum in a while. I may have missed something. Any updates would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I will second that. This was my first visit to Montpelier and I think it is an excellent facility and they had a well prepared track. I will definitely return for their next sprint car show.

Glad they had a great show for you guys. Told ya it was a neat place and the track was great at the BOSS show. Race Monitor showed Green on the feature just after 9pm. Went a little long with the cautions and reds but sounds like with three cars under a blanket going into three of the last lap. You got your $$$ worth.

Congrats to Leary and to Montpiller

Burg for USAC and Fremont for BOSS tonight. you can't go wrong either way.
