Have not heard about Payout. Think It was based on car count but that's all I know. They did post that the midgets will nonot be a part of this show Due to not being able to Secure insurance for them to race.

Wonder if we could invite a few shaft drive cars to race with us?? What I am reading into this is they (the insurance companies) feel the chain drive cars are safer. I wonder what extra exposure they see in a Midget as opposed to the so called Mini lightning Sprint. Many insurance companies do give discounts if you limit your racers to 4 cylinders. To put on a show for the crowd we need car count, taking the 10 or so cars with shaft drive we had last race out is going to hurt us. I would like to see at least 24 cars start the main. Those extra cars would make a much better race.

Dad

I already had the long Discussion wwith.the promoter about Working around things. Bottom Line is Since.its his.first ever indoorEvent they dont want any push start cars. Now maybe if we have some midgets with starters?

I did't realize March 15 is a Sunday until I was filling out the entry.
I was really wanting to go there but Sunday just doesn't work for me.

I guess I'll stay home and work on the Yamasaki. It's getting closer everyday.

If push vehicles is the hang up NO PROBLEM!!!! Focus Midgets and some Ecotecs have starters and clutches, the gear ratio is so low there that a racer could start the car with his starter, (most ecotec have starters right,) with the car in gear and chuggle on off to start the race.

Now all we have to do is tell them damn Motorcycle Midgets to pick up the pace or get off the pot, Dang it.

I am running this by the promoter. Is there any drivers out there who has one of these cars wanting to attend this race? If so please comment so I can see what I can do on getting them added to the show.
