Looking like a great day for a race at the Class Track! We are having a special get together today along the Hwy side in Honor of the late great Cowboy Jim Georges. Look for the canopy's and Hoosier Flag flying high. Please stop by and tell a story or dozen, and have a beverage with us!

Was looking to the get together and to tell a lie or two at Jim's expense. Just didn't work out. For those in attendance, have a great time. Loretta and I will always remember Jim and his humor and his pranks. He was one of a kind. Race on Jimmy....

We are sad to be missing this today as we both have many Cowboy stories to share. Jim was one of a kind….he fought like a true warrior until the very end. We are sure he got up early today, gathered up some dear friends he’s been reunited with, and said “Hey, want to hear a bunch of BS?” And he can’t wait to hear the stories again. Always in our hearts and on our minds. Racing won’t be the same without him but he has the best seat in the house now along with all his buddies. The Fireball is poured and ready to drink.

To quote a song played at Jim’s funeral…

“If I leave here tomorrow
Would you still remember me?
For I must be traveling on now
'Cause there's too many places I've got to see”
