From my fading memory I seem to recall Billy "The Kid" Pauch winning a USAC race at Williams Grove around 1996 in the Zemco car. I've seen him win with a wing and without a wing and also in a dirt modified. One of the all time greats on the East Coast.

Billy Junior is also a talented driver that has won in different divisions,and has a pretty good career going for him as well.
