Introducing the first partner in 2013 for the National Speed Sport News 66 Mike Phillips Memorial, we proudly present OSR Bikes and Motors of Logansport, Indiana. OSR is no rookie in the engine game. Although established in 2009, the Clem family owned a Kawasaki dealership from 1969-2009 before opening their current business. They have been building engines for over 40 years, jumping into micro engines in the early 90’s, deciding to make a business out of it while also putting powerplants into impressive drag bikes at the same time. In 2011, they hit it big when Trent Beckinger won them a POWRi Micro Championship while picking up a 2nd place win at the inaugural 66 Mike Phillips Memorial, following it up in 2012 with a 3rd place finish. OSR continues to grow, picking up new drivers and riders frequently. Owner Shannon Clem will be present, once again, for this year’s event, excited for OSR’s strongest present yet for The National Speed Sport News 66 Mike Phillips Memorial. Making his 3rd trip to the annual National Speed Sport News 66 Mike Phillips Memorial is Converse, Indiana’s Andrew Peters! Already recording 4 feature wins in the books for 2013, Peters seems to have quickly gotten accustomed to his new Sawyer Chassis, eager to bring it to the nationally renowned Belle-Clair Speedway with his mind on that illustrious $10,000 grand prize!
