Chuck was right on the other thread. One of Bill's most steadfast rules was there would be no speculation or rumor about a driver's condition on IOW. That's up to the driver, the driver's family or someone from the team to post that kind of information.

It always was a respect thing. I seen nothing wrong with asking how Rico was doing, But without facts. It's just best to wait until the facts are given, or even if you know them. Make sure its ok to give the information.

I don't know what the question was that caused uproar here but when I hear of a drivers, crew, track worker etc etc injury or death I send the info to National Speedway Ministries that I assist. The person is then put on a prayer list shared w/ others. What bugs me is no updates to pass on to NSM, so figure no news us good news. & by the way, I'm not a fan of crash videos either. Just seen this, Rico is doing fine, just a bruised foot and is ready to do battle at Turkey Night
