My son and I are leaving Friday morning from St. Louis. We are heading to Bloomington and then on to Haubstadt. Need to know about camping / showers etc.

Hope this helps you out! Camping at Haubstadt is free and located in the grassy area to the west of the pits, although there are no shower rooms at the track and no hook-ups...here are the basic guidelines from TSS's website...

ARRIVAL TIME – WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASSY AREAS PRIOR TO RACE DAY UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT. THIS ALLOWS US TIME FOR MOWING

PARKING – PLEASE PARK IN THE DESIGNATED CAMPING AREAS ONLY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE IF YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN AREA AWAY FROM THE OTHERS. AS A COURTESY TO OTHER CAMPERS, WE ASK YOU NOT TO SAVE SPOTS FOR YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE UP MORE SPACE THAN IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR MOTORHOME/CAMPER. DO NOT FORCE US TO MARK OFF EACH SPOT IN THE FUTURE. ALL PERSONAL VEHICLES ARRIVING LATER MUST PARK IN THE MAIN PARKING AREA.

WE ASK YOU NOT TO HAVE ANY OPEN FIRES. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BURNT CHARCOALS WITH YOU OR DISPOSE OF THEM IN APPROPRIATE CONTAINERS IN THE TRASH BARRELS. PLEASE DO NOT DUMP THE COALS IN THE GRASS.

NO SWIMMING OR FISHING PERMITTED IN THE LAKE.

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF OTHER CAMPERS AND OUR NEIGHBORS. NO LOUD MUSIC, DUMPING OF TRASH OR TRESPASSING ON THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO NOTIFY OUR SECURITY IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS DURING YOUR STAY.
