there shouldn't be any charges against him. talked to a wise man at the 4 crown who said if the roles were reversed he would feel the same way, and I agree.

According to the results just posted on the internet news, Ward was found to have marijuana in his system, didn't say he was high, but had it in his system, this still doesn't make Tony feel any better, and if he ever gets over it, it will take a lot of track time, the thing will still be there, on his mind when it isn't busy doing something else. I've known Tony and his family since he was about 6yrs old, I know how he will feel, and I wish it had never happened, but it does, and it did, I just pray he can somehow put it aside, and behind, and hopefully get on with his life. http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup...-kevin-ward-jr Kevin Ward Jr. had enough marijuana in his system "enough to impair judgement" according to the toxicology report. I know Tony will still have to live with this the rest of his life and this won't make it any easier. But Ward was high in a sprint car where he very easily could have injured someone else. How long before local dirt tracks are forced by insurance to drug test drivers?

That would put them out of business. Lets say you have 100 drivers in the pits and it costs $50 per test(thats probably a low estimate) what track do you know that can afford that each week. Do you up the cost of the pit pass or lower the purse? You'll get less drivers. Do you up the front gate ticket? Then you get less fans. Racing has money issues right now as it is they dont need this.
