Record has Jan Opperman driving the Hoffman Racing car #59 one time at IRP 5/15/1976. Qualified 27th,finished 7th in 3rd heat and did not start semi or feature. i know its a slim chance but did anyone happen to catch a picture of this? I have contacted Mr. Mahoney but he didn't have one.i will gladly pay for any shots. It is the same car pictured (Jim Carmichael photo with Boom Boom Cannon) but the paint was black trimmed in gold with a red number 59. I restored the car, any help or leads greatly appreciated. thanks

Respectfully, Not true Charles, this car was built new by Richard and Ed Molitor. remember...we discussed this at Eldora...car first ran in 1976. Its had a fairly easy life...
