BOSS Set to Challenge WRP Regulars

With the 2017 tour at the halfway mark, the Rick's Trucks & Equipment BOSS tour points chase is heating up. This weekend, the touring stars will face one of their toughest tasks. The always stout Waynesfield Raceway Park weekly drivers are poised to defend their home turf from the invading outlaws in the 7th annual Dick Spencer Memorial.

As always when BOSS and WRP join together, a very large field of cars is expected. Dustin Smith of Russiaville, Indiana currently sits atop the BOSS standings with Justin Owen, Michael Fischesser, Chad Wilson and Steve Little rounding out the top 5. Luke Hall currently holds a slim lead over Dallas Hewitt in the Waynesfield standings and they will be tough to beat on their home track!

This is one event you do not want to miss. In addition to the BOSS traditional sprint cars, mini sprints, modifieds, compacts and trucks will all be in action. General admission is just $15 with kids ages 11-16 just $6 and kids 10 and under are free. Pit passes are $30. General admission gates will open at 4 pm with hot laps at 6 and racing at 7 pm.

For teams competing at WRP, pit gates will open at 3 pm. There are NO MUFFLERS required for this event. We will be using the yellow transponders and they are available to rent for $10. Fuel and parts will be available at the track.
