How early will the track allow reserving seats?

If you want one of the prime hillside spots for a lawn chair. Thurs night is your best bet. If you want to throw a blanket or chair on the hill outside four, Up till race time.
however If you got a stadium seat and don't mind the bleachers, you can get a high good seat center area of the grandstand up to a hour before hot laps and still pretty good seats into race time.

Do they have a reserved seating section like Tri-State where you can purchase a reserved seat? Coolers in the stands? Beer sold at track?

We do not have reserved seating. You can bring coolers, but no glass bottles. And we DO sell alcohol at the track
