The reason more people go to outlaw shows to see inferior racing is because people are stupid.

I went by myself Wed. night, got a pit pass and had a really good time even though the racing amounted to glorified hot laps. Took some good pictures, met Rico and drag racer J.R. Todd, talked with Randy Hannagan and had a really nice chat with Bobby Allen. I used the concession stand and restroom in the pits with no lines so the crowd never slowed me down. Thursday I went with by brother, sat in the stands, saw some great racing and had a really good time. If I get the chance I'd do it all over again. I just dig the sound of the cars. Having had a couple of serious illnesses but healthy now I just appreciate being able to go. Go while you feel like it as situations can change so fast and one day you may not be able to attend. Wing or non-wing doesn't make me or break me and weather like we've been having makes for some beautiful evenings to see some race cars go roundy-round.

Bacon needed every bit of bite he got coming out of 4 to beat Ballou into 1. And he barely got there in time. Awesome race.

I go see every sprintcar race I possibly can . Winged or nonwinged. Drove from quincy il on Wednesday to see as much sprints as I could. Wednesday not so great. Thursday great. Friday pretty dam gd! Saturday... We will see , but I'm pretty sure it's gonna b great.
Not sure what you'd b called if you'd rather sit at home n call wing fans stupid rather than go to the races and take in the sights , smells, and the people on a gorgeous indiana night.

One of these posts is a fine example of a man who is articulate and knows how to use that quality to make a persuasive point.
