What rain ??? It's an absolutely beautiful day to have an afternoon race !!! It'was already supposed to be doing it & the last I heard it was to be done by 3pm. Did it stall & is moving in soon or what, I've not seen any weather updates today.

I'm west of Fort Wayne traveling east. It's misting and roads are damp. Dan Kelly posted on tracks facebook page "No bad weather yet.". I think if it does anything, it will be before hot laps and the track can quickly be worked back in if needed. Overcast sky with very little wind....... Hammer Down. The chance of bad weather drops off after 1 pm. I just Double Checked.

Raining in a thin band about 40 miles wide from Montpelier, IN to Celina. Moving east at 20 mph. Mostly light rain with a few showers considered moderate to heavy. West of Montpelier the rain cuts off. Should hit WRP about 1 pm and be gone @ 3 pm. Keep the faith! We should get this one in if WRP has 6-7 push trucks to run the track in. See you in a few hours!

I just drove through the "storm". I'm now east of Fort Wayne. I ran through two spots of actual rain but not even a mile long. A few very small puddles. Back to regular overcast with no more moisture on window heading east on 30. If the track gets any, it probably won't be much. It should be there soon.

Looking like its a go guys. Mudclodbob says haulers are lined down the street to get in. Radar looks like a few sprinkles here and there, shouldn't hurt that place much.

No Bob, not going to make it. Probably shouldn't have done the Burg last night due to a cold but I was feeling fine when the racing was going on. Woke up today feeling a lot worse.
