Mt Lawn Thursday

I know many of you are headed to T.H. on Thursday - but as an alternative for those of you in town for the 500 - the USAC Regional MIdgets race on Thursday night at Mt Lawn Speedway which is about 5 miles west of New Castle. This is always a fast-paced show and you will get out early. If you have never been to Mt Lawn it is one of America's most unique racetracks - built around a baseball diamond in the 1930's it is an egg shaped track and really is set in a park-like surrounding. It was really one of the key home for the Mutual Roadster Association following WWII - the tracks website has some really cool pictures and stories.
