Rear End Snout Repair???

I've been rebuilding/ refreshing some Midget rear ends of late and the most common issue has been the front bearing becoming loose in the snout allowing oil to get up the torque tube.

I know many repairers in the US machine the front of the snout in this situation and install a sleeve to take up the bearing slop. My questions is, are these sleeves an off the shelf product that can be purchased? Is so who stocks them?

or

are they something that is made in-house to suit each application? If so has anybody got any pictures or dimensions/ specifications on what they use that they would be willing to share with me?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
