Looking for anyone with knowledge of this car. Supposedly driven by Bill Teeters of Muncie, Indiana. I did find his name as a driver at Lincoln Park Speedway. Any help sure appreciated.

If anyone on here knows Bob Kolacki out of Muncie? He would know about that car if Teeters had it. I don’t know any info on Bob for the last several years.

Is the front suspension parallel torsion bars or cross spring ?

It's a cross spring.

Not for sure how many cars Bob had, but his last car he had before he passed away was donated to the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame. It was still there on 2016.
