Dr Russell Simpson from Colorado who has saved many lives of race car driver has had surgery for a blockage he has pulled thru OK but will need time for healing in a rehab facility/ address to follow. Russ was always present at Belleville for the midget nationals and many track across the country. Also helped develop one of the first wrap around seats for open wheel cars.
