Thanks for the updates! I have to shoot photos @ IMS this week and next but will be back on June 1. Ed Carpenter made us sprint guys proud today with the pole run!

Let's clarify something real quick. i would be glad to let you come up and take the mic anytime. The reasons you didn't hear me announce during hot laps last night would have caused a delay at most tracks. The only reason you heard me announce the one birthday that I did announce is because of who it was. Shirley Kear has done more for our sport than anyone, and I would drop everything, everytime to wish her a Happy Birthday.

With that said, as the year goes on, I guarantee things will get better. I'm sorry you weren't happy with my announcing last night, but i assure you that I wasn't either.

Anyone, not believing this needs to quit going to any sprint car race. One of the true pioneer's of sprint cars!
