Thunderstorms twice during the day. Not very promising.

By who's forecast? Going to get some here of and on. for a couple hours but supposed to clear out this evening and be mostly east of Cincy.

You'll have to keep up on Facebook as its the quikest updates they can give but it's far from rained out as of now.

1pm. still on. Sun's out here and we got nothing 30 miles east. Radar shows a couple quick moving bands of sprinkles.. Little else.

On my way shortly.

I'm sure that they have the track packed over and the burg crew will do what they can do to get the show in. They have not told us to stay home yet hopefully we can get another great racing events at the burg tonight.

If I relied on forecast vs what is actually happening. I'd never see a race.

215 and all thats in southern indiana is a few light bands of sprinkles that add up to less than what they'd put on the track anyway.

That being said, anything can happen. I went to bed last night convinced there'd be no racing today. even felt that way this morning as front wasn't moving. Got close to the track it thinned out, sped up and is now east.

See ya at the track!

Radar and how to read it, is your friend. Or nightmare
