He did steal a third place on Friday night by putting Dennis Giles into the fence. Hope he remembers what goes around comes around.

I'll stand up for Sterling Cling here, on Friday night he threw everything he could at Giles as clean as he could. I agree that his last lap slidejob did get into Giles but I also think that Giles got on the hero button to try and go back around Cling when he easily could have grabbed some brake and saved his car, as slick as the track was I think Cling committed and couldn't get stopped. Similar to the Courteny/Roa incident late in the year. On Saturday night Sussex did get by Cling several times but I kept wondering how big of a run the sanction would let Sussex get? He was not nose to tail and consistently was allowed to get a jump on the start, I'm not saying who should have won but that whole show was hard to watch with all of the stoppages.
