The non-wing Midwest Sprint Car Series (MSCS) Rule 33 (ENGINES - Steel or aluminum blocks with any cubic inch) is the only engine-fuel-aspiration rule.

http://mscssprints.com/rules.htm

This means that Turbos, Blowers, SOHC-DOHC V6 & V8s, Hemi Heads, Light Loads of Nitro, Nitrous Oxide, More Displacement out
of a Small Block, ETC are legal.

Do you think this is a good rule or a bad rule?
