Josh finished in 11 hours, 55 seconds. Awesome job for his first full Ironman.
65th in the 30-34 age group 427th overall (out of thousands). Not sure how many in his age group, probably 250 to 300.

Great swim time, maybe a little too fast. Something not right on bike section, maybe a tire or bike problem?
Impressive time on the run, steady, strong pace throughout.
Congratulations!!!

Saw today that Josh got a ride in the 98 car for PPR next year in Cup. Hopefully they've got funding to let him run the full slate and not start & park. Always like seeing the open wheel guys and former USAC champions who have moved on do good things. Congrats both on Cozumel and the new ride Josh.

I totally agree! I root for the USAC guys to do well and it bothers me to see their talent wasted to start and park. You know all they want to do is "just race"!
