It would have to be a retractable dome, because it would be hot as hades in there during the summer. There was a group in Pittsburgh that was going to build a 1 mile enclosed track about 12 years ago or more.

Sounds like a pretty cool idea and with the dome dust might not be so much of an issue with the sun not baking the surface all day. The best part of the idea is no more rain outs at eldora. Tony probably knows some big investors who would love to have their name attached to that dome.
