Joe Buckles has been the Terre Haute Tribune Star's racing journalist for several decades, now. He also covers the other sports. Here he eulogizes the legendary businessman and racing promoter/icon. He also reminds all that aren't aware, just how important the man was in putting our town on the national racing map.
