It's actually not. I live in the sticks in Southern Indiana. My internet speeds range from 1.5mbps to 6.5mbps depending on traffic and day. LOL Yes it's annoying and I've called my ISP numerous times about it.

The most important number is your ping. Mine is almost always 44-48.

Also the article announcing USAC also made mention of Bellville High Banks and Kokomo speedway. They didn't confirm they were in development but they kinda hinted at it.

BTW non-wing car comes out today.
