So Chris by reading your first post, can we expect to see sprints at Twin Cities on a regular basis next summer?

I wouldn't say regular. But more often than just once.

what if 8 cars show up

There will be more than 8 cars.

8, 10, 15, 25 or 100 they are still trying to run sprints at Twin Cities. It's there choice lets applaud them for trying to give sprint car drivers and fans another option! Besides they have been pushing the show for awhile now so I think they will get some cars.
