Chuck At MSCS races after all heat races are over we hand the announcers the points now granted weather or not they use them is up to them I do know most do and can;t believe Koolaid doesn;t think TSS is one of the premier tracks in Indiana lol guess each to his own

That would depend on the size of the track. A heat race on the 1/2 mile at Terre Haute vs a heat race on the 1/4 at Bloomington.
