Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

Sad to say but now Stewarts Lawyers ought to file about seven suits against the Wards. Defamation of charictor, Loss of income etc.

Sick of this.

Seeking to again sensationalize a sad accident at this time is just sad.

Completely agree, and what do the Wards have to gain from reliving all of it again besides losing their lawsuit? Did they forget everything that the grand jury took a look at (drugs in system, running onto a track with cars rolling, etc)

If you get a chance to read it, USA Today has the copy of the law suit. Every negative claim against Tony in the suit was rebutted by the grand jury. I hope and pray that Tony and his lawyers take this to trial. Justice has to be served in this deal and the evidence is all in Tony's favor.

Your correct on justice being served but it sounds like the opinion here is one sided.
there was a trace of THC in his system wich can stay for 30 days or more. REEFER.
On drugs, That's a different story. Running on the track very stupid. Unfortunatly this young man is dead. I have no ax to grind but to say let this run its course rather than a character assassination on this 18 year old.

Very sad situation. Tony has to deal with this everyday of his life. Kevin's bad decision has made a lot of lives miserable around the situation. I feel for the family and Tony. Sad that this is what the world has come too. We should not have to worry about getting a lawsuit when we strap in because of an accident.

The family would be wise to take the very first offer they get. I don't see them getting a bunch of money. Sad thing is, even though they were hurting, they could have a shown a little class, and Tony would have probably been there for them forever.
