The legendary Pennsboro Speedway located in Pennsboro, West Virginia is coming back to life under Barry Brawn and XR. Barry has a 5 year contract with the Richie County Fairgrounds to run the revitalized track which is being shortened to about a 1/4 mile or so.

There will be light at Pennsboro Speedway. Test run of the new LED system that will be similar for the big track. According to lore when the lights were on (in the handful of races lights were used) the racing was magic, as well.
