With the exit of drivers like KTJ, Bacon and owners like Walker, Elison and Dutcher. Who all is running the full 2017 tour? Concerned fan.

You also lost a car in the 69/98 combination....what did they have last year 9 ish ? probably have about the same this year, but will have plenty at each event with the only worry maybe the Missouri swing ( with WAR running at the same time).
