This is why socialized healthcare is the wrong way to go, liberals can't stop finding ways to diddle in your life. They want to tell you what you can and can't eat, smoke and drink because NOW we're all paying for it. If I want to drink a 2 liter Diet Coke while I watch a movie, that's my business, not yours. You ever stop to think how much your mind set has in common with socialism and communism? We need to bring back McCarthism soon. Better dead than red.

Back to topic, tobacco ban was tied to a Liberal/Progressive scheme that was built on the fraudulent EPA study on second hand smoke that came out back then, along with the freon and CFC's ozone layer debacle. EPA got caught cherry picking data to suit the conclusions they wanted to push, i.e. Second hand smoke is suppose to be more deadly than actually smoking...
Does smoking kill people and make them sick? Yes. There is a warning label on every pack and its harmful side effects are taught in school, but just like alcohol, weed and trans fat, it's the end user responsibility to chose to use it or not. Kinda like the global warming/Climate change deal they have cooking now, depending on the season and the weather forecast determines what they call it.

Weed has never killed anyone,I'm just sayin!....It takes large sponsors to pay for these National Series like Indycar and NASCAR and TV deals can't cover all this....JMO!...
