Dirt track at irp

The place didn't close because of complaints, it closed because there was not enough support.

For what this is worth....
With Lucas Oil taking over naming rights to the joint and the fact that they lost the Nascar races, there was a rumor floating around that they were tossing around the idea of packing the oval in dirt for a Lucas Oil DLM show much like they added dirt to the drag strip service road for a Lucas Oil Pulling event.

Im in favor of it... right now with the loss of nascar saction events an low car counts for usac on pavement an crowds to boot... a dirt track would help generate more money... ALL STAR & world of outlaw sprints USAC sprints/midgets even SC... i mean late models of all kinda Lucas oil series ump antionals... makes more sense to me.. Im In FAVOR OF IT !!
