Looking for any advice, info, photos etc.
I would like to setup my lightning sprint with power steering. Was it a fairly easy fit? Did you use an ATV or car electric power steering unit? Or did you by one of the kits available. Hoping to run my car 2 nights a week, Wong and non wing, so I’d like to take some of the physical load off. Thanks! |

I use a 17" steering wheel. Problem solved...
That said, I'm sure it wouldn't be real hard to retrofit it to the input shaft of a Schroeder style box. This is a comment from another post on the subject: Henchcraft sells one and it works nice. Get a hold of Them at EMI It’s been done many of times in the lightning sprints. And the hold up just fine. All micros run them . As far as diff between rack and steering box Hench developed a system that works for the Schroeder box . Contact him at EMI Bill https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Hench...it,232898.html
