Non-wing wheel sizes?

I am looking to upgrade my wheels this summer, and I need some advice. With the Indiana non-wing tire rules in effect, what wheel width/offsets work with these tires at these tracks?
Does the second approved tire, the H15, use a different wheel than the medium?

Do you guys use different wheel offsets as the track slicks off?
Do you use one wheel width for both tires, all night?

I'd like some help on this because if I buy a wheel that is not really correct, I'm stuck with a $600.00 paperweight.

If anyone wants to throw in some left rear wheel advice, or some front wheel advice (8" still good? 9", 10"? 3" and 4" offset?), that would be appreciated!

LF we run a 8X3 off all the time
LR we run a 15X6 off all the time
RF we run a 8X4 off all the time

RR we start out with an 18X4 off no matter what tire

RR we go to a 17X5 off when slick no matter what tire

All are for non wing set ups
Hope this helps
