What year frame, has it been repaired, Fiberglass or carbon body & location? Thanks

Car is a 2015 and has had one minor repair done last year at spike chassis. Car won powri races this season. Comes with fiberglass standard body and has tabs for the chili bowl style body. Also come with a front axle and a set of arms.
