All week at the Smackdown we noticed a guy hanging out kinda in the shadows on the final night he came up and introduced himself as Chris Roegner owner/operator of Half Moon Restaurant and Brewery. He said, "he was inpressed with how well we did against the big money and wanted to talk to us about our future." We had been told this before and nothing ever came from the talk in front of the crowd, so we just figured if it happened great if not we would do what we could. Last week the phone rang and Chris wanted a meeting, we met at Half Moon and was told he wanted to be our primary sponsor, again we will believe it when we see some money. We ate and then his checkbook came out.

So at this time I would like to welcome Chris, his family,
and Half Moon Restaurant & Brewery to Spencer Racing for the 2013/2014 racing season.

When I'm in Kokomo I'll definitely be having some Half Moon brews. The Barely Legal Pale Ale and the Elwood's IPA sound good.

Congratulations! I will certainly go there during the midget show in April and tell him why. Everyone who goes to the Half Moon should be sure to tell them we are there because they are sponsoring the Spencers.

Good deal! So when I go in there to drink a wildcat wheat, I'm killing two birds with one stone..supporting local business and supporting a business that sponsors a sport I love!
