Is this a $5 off admission date for HARF members?

Yes, but sometimes the ticket sellers don't know anything about it. They dummied up at Sprint Week.

You can always find "a" seat at THAT. I would doubt that any person at any Indiana track has been cut off for any reason...so long as they had the price of admission.
