cottle had a great run! Congrats to Wilson- he worked hard for that victory.

In the closing laps I couldn't believe the move Chet made. i know why he did it, but still....... At that point, I thought Wilson would run away with it, but Cottle was haulin'

Probably the best Little 500 I have been to. Great action thru out the field all night. Winner Jacob Wilson even came out on the spectator side of the fence and walked down shaking hands with people waiting to go out on the track, which was pretty neat.

Love this race gone to most of the last 10 or so. Great stories going on all race, first time winner, the retirement of the greatest champ the race has ever had, and the emotions that this race creates among the competitors that is unparalleled in this sport. Watching Gordon charge through the feild after the last stop was amazing, but got me wondering about the future of the iconic #2 will Mr. Little 500 be replaced? And will East, Clausen, Coons, and Darland come back for another crack at it.

Agreed! Good racing in the top 10 all night. I figured after the last restart that we would see Eric Gordon start making his way to the lead. Didn't happen. Congratulations to Jacob Wilson. Ran strong all night.

when was the last time we had 4 cars on the lead lap running nose to tail during the last 100 laps? Awsome show! Sure hope the 8 car had security around, after causing 3 straight wrecks, there were a few ready to kick his but.

20 40 Troy Decaire 314
21 26 Aaron Pierce 287
22 44 Brian Tyler 287
23 8 Kyle Feeney 270
24 71 Joe Swanson 260
25 14 Dave Darland 245
26 74 Donnie Adams Jr. 166
27 55 Billy Wease 109
28 13 Tim Barber 103
29 35 Russ Gamester 100
30 88 Jimmy McCune 54
31 5 Bobby East 24
32 6 Jeff Bloom 15
33 48 Jim Sheets 0

Notes:
The 48 of Jim Sheets did not make it back for the restart. Bobby East went into the turn 1 wall hard. I think he had help. He was flat flying before the wreck. I would love to see him come back. Next the 8 car put Jimmy McCune into the wall between 1 and 2. Then Wease and Barber tangled in tune 3. Barber made sure Wease knew he was not happy. Did not help the 2 were pitted next to each other. Then Pierce got into Darland. Darland was already off the pace but was just trying to get to the end. Then Aaron Pierce and Brian Tyler get together. Tyler flips. Track goes red. Very minor flip. The wreck puts pierce out. Tyler comes back out, but quickly found the pits. Then Joe swanson found the wall. After that we had a lot of flat out racing. Brian Clauson was flying. Seemed like the team strategy was just a little off, but brian was pushing that car as hard as he could. The pit stop before the lap 250 hurt several guys as we had like 6 cars in the pit at the same time. Gordon was ok since he pits rght infront of the push truck. The 7 of Helburg got lucky to get out at the same time, but the 10 of nuenswander lost a lap to the push truck issue. I think the 56 of Tony Hunt ran out of Gas. Cottle started showing puff of smake as early as lap 425. He was the fastest car on the track, and he was ready to rattle Wilson's cage to go for the win. 4 to go the motor gave up for Cottle. Wilson had the best car for the last 250 laps. He drove a heck of a race. Congrats on your first win. I have been saying for the last 3 years you have a real chance to win.
